> Join and get full access to all equipment and classes for just 125 kroner pr. month.
As a member of AU’s staff fitness centre, you get:
- access to cardio and machine weight equipment, free weights, exercise classes – including spinning, yoga and karate – and an indoor sports hall with courts for badminton and other ball sports (floorball, futsal, volley) that you can book.
- Our physical therapist offers one-on-one sessions, general fitness assessments and targeted check-ups.
- buddy membership: your friend/partner/spouse can sign up for the same low price of 125 kr. per month.
You can join AU Motion if you work at AU, if you are a member of Nestor, the club for retired AU staff, or if you have a buddy membership.
PLEASE NOTE: children have no access to our facilities.

- There is free parking in the big car park right next to the centre.
- The fitness centre is open from 5:00 to 22:30. A flash alarm/ sound alarm will give you a notice at 10 p.m. to leave the center before 10:30 p.m. NB : Call from the security company costs kr. 3100,- to be paid by the member.

AU Motion 25 Year Anniversary 2025
AU Motion 25 year anniversary will be celebrated in the week 34 (Aug 18-25). The Board Committee will arrange some pop-up events for members in this week. Further notice will follow after the summer holiday.
