How to join as a fitness buddy of a member
Please note: as a fitness buddy, you can train whenever you want. You will have your own access card so you can come and go when it suits you.
The membership fee is 100 kroner per month for all members.
Salaried AU staff: membership fee is deducted from your salary each month.
Fitness buddy of salaried AU staff member: Membership fee is deducted from the staff member’s salary each month. In other words, the staff member pays for two memberships, their own and their buddy’s membership.
Externally-financed AU staff/staff at institutions affiliated with AU and Nestor members must pay their annual membership fee once a year. The yearly membership fee of 1200 kr. must be paid by 20 January for the entire year or for the remaining months from the month in which you join.

If you decide to cancel your membership, please fill out this cancellation form.
You must cancel your membership in writing. To do so, fill out the form, scan it and email it to motion@au.dk. If we receive your cancellation by the 10th day of the month, it will apply from the end of the same month. In the event that you are still being charged for your membership after your cancellation, you must notify us of this within the first three months after cancelling your membership.
Please note! Members who pay on a once-yearly basis will not be charged a fee for joining or cancelling their membership.However, we are unable to refund membership fees if you cancel your membership.
